nope your wrong......3/4 sleeves on girls are hot as ****.....and the joob thing is not a real big deal.....i have had jobs where i have to wear a suit and tie and they never even knw i had both my arms sleeved.....

well the job thing isn't really a big issue it is just first off I'm not that creative to do that much art and second of all I'm a wuss when it comes to that much ink......
