Wassup peeps!? My name is Juan, I live around Atl and I've been checkin out this board for awhile, pretty nice. I bought a 2004 GSXR 600 back in July and I can't stay off it, I put like 4700 miles on it since then. Well, I made it out to the show on Sat. in Alabama, it was bad ***. Definitely got me motivated to get out and ride on Sunday. Well, I guess I should also mention that I am a police officer. Not a bad thing.

Needless to say I love to stunt. :YEAH Me and some friends were out ridin sunday and I was so pumped from the show and it was such a beautiful day that we were all messin around on the interstate. My friend and I were wheeling seems like forever on a long stretch, we passed an offduty GSP(georgia state patrol) officer while up on one. He called it in and within 2 exits we were all pulled over. Well, they didn't like the fact that I(being a cop) was out there doing these things and they gave me and my friend a ticket for reckless driving. As soon as I was done I did the right thing and called my superiors at work and explained to them what happened. They were pretty cool about it, but I still haven't heard from them with what they were going to do. Tonite is my first nite back and I was expecting to get called into the office for what happened but nothing yet. I've been in trouble before with my mustang at work so I know that I'll definitely get in trouble for this. I think they're just trying to decide what to do. See even cops get in trouble too!

I'm pretty sure I know what the outcome of this is going to be, but I know I probably deserve it. Now I'm in a predicament(spelling?), I love to stunt and I'm going to keep doing it that's all there is to it. So, even if I don't get fired I'm probably going to quit and do something else with my life career wise. I just don't feel the same about my job now cause I'm out here doing the things I'm suppost to be against. Oh well. I just wanted to introduce myself and let u guys in on my story. Not always true, but in my case I'm starting to believe in that. The 2 guys that pulled us over gave us two different stories on what they saw. So I'm definitely taking this ticket to court along with my lawyer.

 

Oh yea, and I heard a 3rd story tonite from another officer. hmmm makes me wonder about them GSP guys. Dirty is all I can say!

Damn a cop actually got a ticket...? I knwo alot of cops and none of them have ever actually gotten a ticket for anything so small. Thought you cops had a little brotherhood thing going on .....lol

few month back a dc cop was running topped out in a maryland national park, got run off the road once he slowed down a bit by a park cop, got arrested, jailed, got out shortly after but he might have lost his job, department buddy of one of my riding buddies, havent spoken to him since, so i dunno the verdict, also, back in 99 they had pigs in dc on zx-9 s, but they kept wrecking and getting hurt in chases, and they scrapped that ****

 

i heard bout up in dc with the zx-9's and they always crashed.. they tried it around the dallas, texas area and the same thing happened.

 

Ride lots not public streets copper.

Being a cop is pimp. Im going to be a cop as well. I love to stunt. it wont stop me. One of the best stunters in our group is a cop. and another is going through the accademy. We ride the freeways all the time and, sure, we get pulled over but we always get let go with nothing. Common curtesy. Riding with cops is keeping money in my pocket and me out of jail. So dont hate. Find a cop that rides and stunt with him.
