Big Bore Kits- Most Bang For ur $

I don't want to sound uneducated, I just don't want to be grossly misinformed. I'm looking for possibly an 88cc big kit or high comp piston and cam from Powroll. I would like to hear from the Rdrz that have had great sucess with some of these aftermarket products, and any helpfull suggestions that anyone has for me.
Also with a big 88cc kit can u run the stock carb with minor jet changes and get good performance results?

thanks for any and all feedback.

Dude, the Japanes manufactures are powerhouses for minibike performance products. Its a japanes bike, so why not get a japanese brand like Kitaco or Takegawa. If you've noticed, SiK50's, Sano, Two Brothers all run Japanese motor kits. Both of the kits mentioned above are super high quality and will run all day, everyday. SiK50's has a 88cc light bore kit for $269.99

Hey thankx for the reply.

I was told that the Jap. kits didn't come with a new cylinder head and they're cams were on the weak side. It sounds like my ear was filled with a bunch of B.S. and this guy wanted me to buy his products.

blownSVT aka DR 50 recommends a kitaco 88cc aluminum cylinder, and high flow oil pump. With the rest of the bike stock this setup he says will run great have loads more torque on the bottom, faster on top, need very minor jetting changes, never hits the rev limiter, and is a blast to ride. Later when you want to double power again, stage two tune, add new head, larger carb, and intake, filter, and exhaust. now you are at full power. look in how to parts and mods for the entire thread(read it).
