Dave,
You have to be able to get your left foot back on the bar so you can support your weight. Then you have to balance your weight between your feet to keep the bike going straight. Be sure to keep your body weight a little forward so you don't fall off the back. Also make sure you have your brake fott planted because any slip up will drop you off the back.
Hope this helps.

The only way your gonna get so that you can ride no handers is to up the idle. most people ride around 4 or 5 thousand rpm. Once you hit your balance instead of leting off the throttle like usual you just press the rear brake a little and it does the same thing. Youll get the hang of it but be carefull because if you forget to hit the brake, just letting off the throttle isnt going to do and it will send you back to hit your bar probably with some force. Good luck and I hope you nail it. If you do post some pics

Gary is right....with your idle up your bike will want to go back on the bar without your help. So make sure you are on the brake or you're going for a ride. Tony just recently started to use the idle to help with the 12's and it seems to be working out for him. Yeah if you get that **** on lock make sure you get some pics and shoot them this way.
