Leather Gloves
Was trying to buy the new Alpinestar gloves but the XL are a bit small and the XXL are a bit big.
Anyone with these glove give some advise..
The XXL leave about 1/8" to 1/4" of space at the ends of the fingers while the XL do not but are TIGHT everywhere else.
Is it better to get the tighter XL pair and hope they stretch out or go with the looser more comfortable pair? (maybe there's a way to shrink them a'lil bit)?
Thanks all.

I don't think the NUK is the way to go..
I'm trying to figure out if it is better to BUY BIGger or SMALLer at first then figure out how to increase or decrease size.. If you want to heat up your gloves, I would think putting them in a HOT dry on the rack, not tumbling all over the place would do the same thing, NOT SURE.

Leather stretches, but not a ton. I always have problems finding gloves, but the Alpinestars ones I have now are perfect. Fingers that are too long drive me nuts when I go to grab a brake/clutch lever and they flip over the lever, etc.

Try the ones that are too tight. They should loosen up a bit. I bought some Alpinestars GP pro's and I thought they were too small. I almost returned them, but someone told me to give it a shot. I did. Now, they fit like a dream, I feel naked without them.

Re: Leather Gloves
dude.....i can't believe some of the advice you've been getting. not that it's necessarily bad, but dude....kinda weird. go with the smaller size. if they hurt, they're no good. but if they're just tight and you can deal with it for a little while, that's fine. they'll stretch out FOR SURE! i know a couple of guys who buy their gloves 2 sizes too small, cause once they stretch out, they fit mint. as for shrinking, people say leather shrinks, though it's not supposed to. i'm one of the most petite sizes i've ever seen, and i shrink EVERYTHING! and the only thing that actually shrinks without getting ruined is cotton. get the smaller pair. you'll feel like you're on vacation once they stretch out.
