i found a good site called www.extremepolish.com
I just finished polishing my bike 2 days ago. The things i used were oven cleaner electric sander and mothers aluminum polish and a very soft polishing cloth. Go out to shucks and get sand paper. 220 grit 320 400 600 800 1000 1500. I went through these then used the mothers after the 1500. But first spray some oven cleaner over the parts you want to do and let it sit for about 2 hours then start sanding. If you have a dremel you can get to the small places.i hope this helps you out if you work at it hard i may take you about a week or so
