TooTall from Thug Inc Kustomz had a Mustang that did that. It had an incredible paint job and since he didn't want the paint to get burnt he had to add pretty long exhaust pipes. He used the pump set up and got 6ft flames out of each pipe. I don't have any pictures of it working, but you can see the pipes in this picture (and yes, that is his work on the kustom paint):
