sv on it last leg(warranty questions)
well the sv's motor started knockin tonight like a sob. I shut down the engine before any real damage was done. I suspect this is from countless wheelie missions. As I got closer and closer to the balance point it got worse and worse. the oil light came on and I suspect it lost pressure.I'm sure it spun a bearing. the oil is all pretty and sparkly. I still have the 5 yr. unlimited warranty. Has any one else gone thru this. What does the dealer say. I'm going to go in there acting like an idiot. Or if i do the work myself this might be the time for the 700cc big bore kit and yoshimura cmop cams hehehehe. the bikes only got 8900 miles on it. Any advice guys.

F*ck it you paid for the warranty so you should get it..it is unlimited. What's the worst they are gonna say no? if that's what happens go for the big bore.
i don't know..if i brought my bike back for warranty i know it would be taken care of but that is cuz i know the owner
