the fan shouldn't come on tell 220-230 ish (not sure the exact temp for your bike)
Let the bike get to at least 230-235 and see if its coming on

i dont know how these thermostat setups work.. but i would check that .. but check this outt 
If you look under the clutch you can see where he mounted his toggle switches... yes i know funny picture this is our local cop by the way..
-Full Akrapovic exhaust
-2 Stage Dynomax Power Commander
-2 Nitrous Bottles w/ 2 toggle switches for constantly on and inject at 5000rpms
-Frame Sliders
-And his lil dispatch thingyy & Strobes hahaha

and this police officer doesn't know how to ride this bike .. i rode behind him today at a giant car meet and he looked so uncomfortable and wobbly.. and i heard hes dumped a police harley or whatever they ride..

that is a sweet bike for a cop. its a little intimidating.. untill you do the math. nitrous+ half helmet+ t shirt= not good. i think strictlystunt said it best, just gotta be smarter
