ive got a 03 xb9s. just depends on what you like honestly. the vtwin is a lot different than the inline 4's. take it for a ride and see if you like it... and if its already got a chain conversion n ****, its good to go. the only thing that sucks is the idle which is rly twitchy in first...

I came from Buell, I used to ride an X1 lightning. That thing was 10 times easier to wheelie than my 954. I wish I had that bike still.
One other note, Buell is a fantastic company. They only produce like 6 to 10 thousand bikes a year I think. I wrote them a letter asking for a poster... Eric Buell wrote me back personally and sent a huge banner a few posters (autographed by him) a bunch of key chains and stickers I think a zippo too.
I wrote honda asking for a poster in 02... they sent me a price list for honda dealership posters.
