As long as they are still in my house I can. Ky laws are about as good as TX. Hell if they enter my yard and I feel threated I can shoot. And as far as the bike goes it doesn't have to be a gun they pull, anything considered a weapon gives me the right. I'm not tryin to do a ride by on the bike or quick draw while riding Have it and not need it rather then need it and not have it are good words to live by!

Ok, fair enough. I don't know the laws in every state.

But for the sake of argument, try drawing the gun with gear and jacket on when someone is nearly on top of you. **** it, even if they are ten feet away from you. How is that gonna work out?

Yeah that could be a bit of an issue I carry mine in the pants in back, don't wear a jacket and gloves aren't to big an issue but I've never really tried to quick draw it either lol I can however get to it fairly easy

Nice helmet dude, my female friend was checking out that exact helmet last month

Never thought of carrying a gun under my leathers but I can see why some do.

Re: Does Anyone Else Conceal Carry A Gun While They Ride Their Bike?

I find the idea stupid. I was riding with a piece in a hip "butterfly" holster back when I was an active shooting club member if going to a shooting rank. Even then, on a sports bike I preferred carrying it in a box hidden in some bag. Maybe if you deal with guns a bit more you start to understand how stupid the idea is to carry it around. To me that's asking for trouble Mate. Good luck!

Depends on the state. Some states have Castle Doctrine, which says your home is your castle and you have every right to defend yourself and your property. Some states have laws that say you have to retreat first and if there is nowhere to go only then can you shoot.

Learn the gun laws for your state!

I am fortunate to live in a state that has pretty good gun and self-defense laws.

Not in the state I just moved from. In the gunshine state of Florida, the castle doctrine is pretty straight forward and not to long ago they removed the "duty to retreat" clause.

I don't give a damn about being jacked for my bike at gun point. Hell I would readily give the bike up. I carry for the places that I may be going to on my bike.

And yes I do carry in an MTAC inside the waistband holster. Either a Glock 29 or a HK USP .45 compact.

Re: Does Anyone Else Conceal Carry A Gun While They Ride Their Bike?

i prefer my owb hip holster, i keep it pretty much concealed, but sholder rig now and then. open carry state so if its seen no big deal, i try to keep it concealed for drama sake more or less. sholder rig way to much **** to deal with in the seconds you really have to respond. i love my sa .40 service, but lately my ruger .380 lcp fits so nice in the pocket easy as hell to conceal.
