my bike just seems to be looseing power, i have to clutch it up hard in second to get it to do a tank wheelie or highchair and the bike is geared 1 down 8 up. used to come right up. but, still cant really tell if it is slipping or not. my r1 there was no doubt about it.900 has about 11,000 on it

pisses me off!!

I dont know what kind of clutch/springs and all that yada dealers are giving me when I bring in my bike for a new clutch every 500 miles, But WTF

sure I clutch about 30 wheelies daily, but so do all of you...RIGHT? I rarely do burnouts but it seems whenever I do, my clutch is shot that night. I dont feather it either on burnouts, I just pop it that one time to get the tire loose.

one sure fire way to check the clutch is, get on a road, take of like a normal human being...lol....go thru the gears...EASY, put it up into 6th gear, slow back down to about 40 or so mph, then watch the tach and speedo, and hammer it, they should both move at the same pace....if not, your clutch is slipping
