is the limiter in the actual screw setting (wont let u turn it anymore) or is it a computer thing? if its in the adjuster, just take it apart, there is probably a stop youll have to cut out. if its in the computer, there is a diagnostic (sp) port under the seat, the dealer has a tool that they plug into that to retrive codes for the fi. there may be a way to change the idle limiter through that, if it is a computer thing.

ps
if there is no stop on the adjuster **** it may be on the throttle bodies. you are gonna have to play with it a bit.
