Please read and then click on the "rapid response center" link. It takes you to a page where you enter your zip and it provides a prefilled email and sends it to your states reprsentatives.

ok i read that and i didnt sign the petition cuz im not sure what they are talkin bout?????????????? are they talkin bout makin it mandatory to cary no fault policies for bikes? cuz that would be bad. I dunno bout ur guys states but in ny if u were made to carry no fault ( for those of u who dont know no-fault basically covers ur medical bills in a car accident no matter who is at fault) for a bike most of us wouldnt be able to avoid the rates for basic liability insurance! They dropped it as a requirement for bike ins. a while ago because ins companies started chargin out the *** because they felt that it was pretty much impossible for a rider to not get hurt in an accident!

Its not about bike insurance, its Life/HEALTH insurance
95% of the insurance companies wont cover you if you ride a motorcycle or atv or anything considered high risk.
which is discrimation, so sign the petition.

what he said. my ins. co. said i could only have life ins. if i swore up and down that i would never, ever, ever race motorcycles. if i die on the bike regardless of the fault, i'll bet dollars to doughnuts that they won't pay out.
