Cops Harrassing.....
ok..i've only got two tickets..and they are by the same cop...every since the first ticket i got..this cop hangs around my house....this cop gave me another ticket tonight for total bullshit....he said i didnt make a complete stop..which i did...it was dark..in the middle of nowhere and he got me for no proof of insurence. i think im gunna sue his *** for harrassment..hes always following me and ****...****in **** sucker

Yea i think its a bit to far to sue him, make a complaint against him and try get him off your back is probly the best idea

Actually you could sue him for harassment but at this point it probably wouldnt fly to well. Just go down to the Police station and file a grievence with his superior. That will **** him off, but then if he keeps it up you have a case and documents filed which helps your case more.

ok cool..ima ha e my mom call our lawyer...cuz i came ot a dead stop and everying....i was in my car....ill tell them to use the camera in the cop car so they know that im not lieing..
