it's not clinton. it's the "war"
we've recieved less funds for more training this year than ever before. they're waiting for people to die because of lack of training before they'll give more money. you know it and so do I

true, but under the current "leadership" we've gotten the lowest budgets (for the non-war parts of the military) and lowest raises since the clinton era.
it's probably going to continue like this for about 10 or so years.
