It is SO worth it ... it honestly is ... and its amazing how quickly you just kinda forget the pain when you hold the baby in your arms ...

actually it was a lot of fun.... saturday night was a little messy and unorganized but once we got everyone together and everything settled it was a lot of fun... I am going to post up pictures but my computer is being really slow and it would take me WAY too long to do it right now.....

Thanks for the tip Steve ... I cry every time I have to roll over in bed at night - its aweful - hence I am not getting much sleep ... which makes me cranky - its just a bad situation all around ... LOL ...

hope your day has been going good! i've been on the phone with THREE different places in NYC to try to get the bike back, and now the one that they say i need to talk to has been busy for the last half hour! AAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGG!

Performing regular pelvic floor exercises and lower abdominal exercises can help to reduce the strain of the pregnancy on your pelvis. To perform a safe and easy lower abdominal exercise, get down onto your hands and knees and level your back so that it is roughly flat. Breathe in and then as you breathe out, perform a pelvic floor exercise and at the same time pull your belly button in and up. Hold this contraction for 5-10 seconds without holding your breath and without moving your back. Relax the muscles slowly at the end of the exercise.
