Re: Pool any one.....
Not ingrounds because u have to wait for the ground to settle before
u can do the cement or pattio around it...so u get it at the end of the season
and first thing in spring u do the pattio or what not...U can use the pool in
the summer if u want to walk in dirt or sand all summer but most people
wait till the end of the season....

I want that. My next house I buy will have an inside pool. My house now isn't big enough and I can't add on to make one either. I think I will use my equity in a couple of years and buy me a bigger house so I can have my own pool right indoors. That's living!! :YEAH

Thanks - yeah, I hear ya. Where I live they are expensive too but if I sell now I would get lots of money but not much equity yet. I've owned my house 3 years and I want more equity. I want a big house. So I'm gonna wait for the prices to settle too. I like my house, I can wait. I have no husband or children to worry about - I want to get something I can stick with and will be able to handle a family some day.

We just bought a house in NH ... not that big - a modest home - nothing like Artioms and we were CLOSE to 3K in price. Some of you have seen my home ... it HAS to be cheaper somewhere else ... Kingston's prices are also high, too ...
