What the Reputation is that you can click on it, agree or disagree with someones post, and they gain or lose points. Basically, if someone has alot of points, it means that they post valid stuff and it's not all BS.

To the ****er who said this wasn't high school.How do I get rid of the reputation? I have no interest in particpating in it AT ALL! I don't wanna see it, hear about it, or see it show up on my User CP.

As your rep grows, you get more little green boxes. The boxes can become grey too, not sure why though.
