the warped toys ad

ok if I read correctly, brad said he had a budget limit with google of $200 a day, which is why the ad goes away sometimes..

my question is this.. is it that hard to get any replies on this site from the people in charge when you actually want to pay to advertise on here, that you have to resort to google??

I mean that could have been the problem all along.. ie: all the comments about the site not making any money

I personally have heard 4 different people state that they wanted to advertise on here and got no reply from the site owners.. im talking about people who work for or own big companies....

Re: the warped toys ad

Incase your not aware shug no longer owns the site as far as I know thats why you see the new icons, some of the google ad's went away that was next to the "Welcome, [Your Name] as well. I have emailed them 4 times nothing, not even an auto reply or some one to tell me to go **** your self. I had planned to buy the site before some stuff did not go the way it was planned on my side so I missed out.

I am going to stop my ad's I am doing with google or limit them some more, I can even tell it what time to run them on here if I wanted from google. But the site owner would make a LOT more money from ad's getting paid direct then using google as they take a huge chunk of the money.

But hey it's worked so for using google, we also do some other sites the same way, uponone, 2wtmag, superstreet bike ect. I don't mind google but it's cheaper for us to go direct and it's better for the owner as well. But oh well, what can you do.

someone paid more than that...

and all the new **** or missing **** on here is because they upgraded versions of vbulletin.. and when you upgrade all the little tweaks and mods dont stay

that was kinda my point.. wouldnt they make more money if you paid them directly

Not sure who got it. My offer was hire then theres but then **** hit the fan on my side.

My offer was $65,000 to $75,000 and I think theres was $50,000. So far they seem to be doing an ok job though besides the ad's.

I did get a PM today about it, I guess your post helped Thomas. Thanks
