Re: Need Help on whellies

well i dunno about a TTR125 but im ridin a XR100 ani just sit down through the whole thing. i never stand up cuz it gets your weight further back so u can get to the balance point easier. once you at he poit it pretty easy to keep it up. o yeah and i barely use the clutch. hope this helps

Re: Need Help on whellies

Most 4-strokes are very easy to wheelie... Start in first gear and go, and just chug along... Find that point where the bike lurches when you idle it and then give it gas. What you do is roll with the clutch out and the bike pretty much idling, then floor it and pull back, and she'll come up, unless you're a retard.

Once you get it to the point where you can balance it in first gear, start doing it in second gear...Once you're good at that, get to the balance point in second, and shift to third before you run out of RPMs.

Oh, and I do all of mine sitting down on the back of the seat...My bike doesn't have that much power.

Re: Need Help on whellies

Ive Ridden A Ttr125 Before. Lean Back All The Way To Rear Fender And Then Put In Second Gear And Drive A Little Bit Then Pull Clutch Back In But Dont Stop And Then Rev It Little Over Half Throttle And Pop The Clutch. It Should Pull You Up Good.

Re: Need Help on whellies

I broke my foot wheeling my CR250. I came up in 3rd and rode it for 200 feet, then the power band kick in and looped the bike instantly. The bike landed on top of me with the peg going through my boot. 4 torn ligaments and a few broken foot bones later, I get a 426F and wheelie it all day with no problems.
