Fellas, got a shot at getting a pretty good deal on a barely used yz426 and I am on the fence. This would be my first big dirtbike and I don't like 2strokes, do you think I will like the bike?? I mainly ride in sand pits and little trails, but mostly backyard with the kids. Not into jumping, but will wheelie and stoppie every now and again, is this a good bike for me? It scared the hell out of its current owner and I am a little worried myself. But my last bike was a GSXR1300 Hayabusa on street and a Raptor 660R on the dirt, so I am a little used to power, just never had that much power on 2 wheels on dirt.

anything in the five hundred class is going to be more than your used to at the start. evertime you get a igger bike its scary. i moved from an xr100 to a cr125. it whips the xr in second that was scary at first but now i got it pinned constantly and am thirsting for MORE POWER to bad more power cost more money.
