Okay... got all the parts in. Here's a shot of the rolling chassis. I got the motor in last night and ran it for a couple minutes. Not long enough to find out if I sealed the case well. I still need to put on brakes, chain, shifter, peg, mirror, horn... little ****. But it's mostly together and running! I'll post pics of the completed bike this weekend.

Damn that bike is awesome.

You've totally inspired me to rebuild an old dirt bike when i get out of the Corps, I can't wait!

It better be! As stated above... my motor is in, but I didn't want to show you guys pics till I got all the wires hidden and taken care of. Gonna hook up the brakes and take her for a spin later today!

Just before u do go over grab a hanful of front brake that will keep yah from going over the top but, but it will still get u a nice lowside.

Oh by the way i hope u gotz alot of money to burn on insurance !!!!!!!!!, I pay all of 80 bux for 6 months policy on the DR.I asked the ins. if they messed up and they said no. I was so pshyched.

Already insured.... $85 for the year with just liability. Mines a lot older than yours...

i just went and changed companies on my gixxer and am paying 142 for 9 months 3 months limited...just liability....i would love to get myhands on a bike like you guys got :YEAH
