I agree, Teach you did make the right decision. I think we are all in the same boat this year. Well I know Bri and I are.

Come on, where else can you find a palce with no water pressure, leaky roof, no stove, and a flowered bedroom?

I been renting since 18. I am so glad I finally have a place that is mine and I can do whatever I want. There are a few of you out there looking for homes. If you are ever looking for advice just ask. I have tons of information that I can share with you. Also Jamie is a good person to talk to about mortgages. He saved me a few g's during closing just on his advice alone.

Make sure you keep looking and not settle on any house. I searched a long time before I found this house. Maybe drove by 200 homes and went into about 50 of them. It is very depressing process as you realize how little of a house you can afford. Then when all hopes are lost you will find the house you ar elooking for. I was mostly concerned about location, land, and having a nice garage that can hold two cars and still have room for bikes and tools.
My house needs a lot of work but it is in a great location and has a good amount of land. This summer alone I will be spend close to $10k just on repairs.

Yup, Shawn and I were talking about it last night. Over the next two weeks we need to mark were the trench is going for the wires and plumbing from the main house to the detached building. Also need to plan out the track and cut down any large trees before we get that machine. That way we can work on building the track and jumps instead of cutting down trees that weekend. All that brush back there we need to push into a huge pile and burn it or maybe build a small bon fire pit but not as big as the one at your house. For the track we were thinking about having different routes. So if you and your bro are neck and neck during a race you can jump right and he can jump left and take different routes. The tracks in the 50 video you had the other day had a bunch of jumps like that.

May 21st, 22nd, and 23rd are that dates I plan to put the new roof and run new electric out to the detached building and also build the track. For electric I am working with a guy at work and we are planning to run both 110 and 220 out to the building. Also picking up a huge throw switch so the fiddy track can be lit at night with a simple throw of a light switch.

I still need to find some people with ladders so if you know anyone let me know. Also need to head back to your house and pick up that wood ramp and also get those lights KB gave you.

We need to get D up to the house in the next two weeks so he can let us know how far we need to dig to lay a water pipe out to the shop and also what material to use. I want to put a sink and also a facut so we can hook up a hose to wash cars and bikes and have a sink to clean parts and greasy hands. It will be a basic sink and the waste water will just run out into the woods and not into the septic tank.

***** what?
