THE DEAL ON CBR900's
k...
Here is the deal on the CBR900's and 1000's. First of all the 1000's are set to be released in April (each dealer will get one) Then several more to follow in May and then the rest of the allocation in June.
At my work, we have had a chance to buy some new 2002 CBR954RR's from Honda. We are selling them for $8499, your choice of color.
All dealers had this oppurtunity but few jumped in on it.
As you may know the 1000RR will be $10,999. Big Money Litre class bike!!
Anyways, thought the ones who ride red may have wanted to know the deal.
Later,
Mike

I have the first several presold.
side note: I had a chance to putt on one. (can't disclose how) It is defitely a tight ride. Handles like to a super-bike with top of the line suspesnion, smoothest braking I have seen yet on any Honda, the stabilizer is smooth and responsive, and the ergos of the bike fit me well with minmal strain on my wrists and back. It feels as though they also moved the rider more forward to put more weight on the front end, probably to compensate for the substantial hp increase.
I give it 11 on the ten scale. And just to prove I am not partial to Honda just because I sell them, I never liked the 954 the way I liked the 929...the 1000rr reminds of the 929 but slimer!!

wasn't there a deal on the 954's probably a year ago from naults for under 8k? like 7,800 O.T.D? Being a huge fan of my 929, i can't wait to see the 1000RR.

Who ever sits on the seat? I'll buy ya a banana seat for it.
