Technical Question

Can you pop start a fuel injected bike? And, if so would you be doing bad things to the injection system/computer in doing so?

I don't see why it would be any different. I've done it with fuel injected cars.

ChrisNoF4i is a decent person
It may scare the bee-geezus out of pedestrians during Laconia bike week if you do it in the middle of a huge crowd. And then once it starts - pull in the clutch and rev the engine a bunch just for ***** & giggles. (Giggles by you, ***** provided by the pedestrians just inches from your loud fuel-injected motorcycle.)

gotta make sure there's enough juice in the battery to fire up the injectors though
