Boston PD NO CHASE POLICY

I was talking to NASTYTLS who had his dirt bike heisted this weekend. He said that when the cop came to fill out the report, that the cop told him that even if he (The cop) saw his bike go by in front of him that he couldn't do anything about it because they have a no chase policy in the city of Boston.

Anyone else heard of this?

This is a good piece of information and now leads me to believe that BOSTON could be a great playground for 50's.

Chase this Mr. Po Po

Don't believe it. The po po would love to give you a good beat down. Besides if they do chase you on a fifty chances are good they are going to catch you

Just ask Ftrain

Yeah but he got his *** beat by the Staties not the Boston PD.

Those staties wake up in the morning hoping that today is the day they get to give someone the smackdown. You usually get it from 2 at a time to.

Isn't the whole "no chase" policy a bit of a Catch 22 though? I mean....technically they can't chase you unless you're commiting a felony....and evading is a felony....so either way they're still going to chase your ***

The cops don't catch me. I'm like teflon!!! (with butter on it!)

But as far as that 'NO CHASE' policy. That's pretty damn funny.
That's just one more regulation for the cops to disregard and lie about.

I don't know why he would have been lying to me about it? He sounded kind of pissed when he told me that theives can drive by flipping the bird, and he's not able to do anything?!?

Yeah but that's kinda like.....if he's sitting somewhere with a radar gun and see's some one speeding, and he can't chase them down and give them a ticket? Hmmmm sounds kinda fishy to me
