Who else ride's like an ******* on their commute?
I used to commute from Waltham on Storrow drive coming into the city. That commute wasn't bad
Now my commute is from woburn down 93 south into boston.
That commute at 7:30am SUCKS. The only way for it to be tollerable is to ride like a complete ******* because no one gives a F uck about a guy on a bike. They seem to think that because your on a small bike that it's a spot for them to pull their cage into regardless of the fact that I am occupying the space.
So I am forced to ride like a complete *******. Lane splitting, on the horn, clipping mirrors, breakdown lane, no signals, you name it.
Anyone esle got a **** commute?? Should I feel bad about this?

Yo...
EVERY SINGLE TIME I drive my bike into work, someone cuts me off. I honked this morning at 2 people who basically just moved into my lane without even seeing me. I honk the horn and they don't even flinch!! NOTHING!! Not even a nod like, "Sorry dude." Just basically a "Yeah, oh well... or what's your problem" is the look. I stopped driving 93 / storrow a long time ago and the past few days has been a friendly reminder as to why I choose the extra 20min commute in the car. It sucks!!! And, I do believe the only way around it is to be waaay more agressive and be a complete *******.
KB, what time do you head in? I typically leave my house around 7:30 so maybe we can double **** up and take over 93S. LoL!! 2 bikes are better than 1.

since I put a police sticker on my bike I feel invinsable. I own the 93 north commute in the mornings.
I think it's less stressfull riding on the bike. In the car, you got these ******** that cut you off and won't get out of the way, try to take an exit from the fast lane to get by the backup...all that ****...I just lay on the horn crank the gas and bob and weave. Then to finish off my camute I hang the corners at genuity hard and bust a little wheelie at the straight just before I get to work. I walk into my office, helmet in hand with a big ****in' smile on my face and a shitload of people on the road that hate me.

I leave Wooooooburn at 7:30 like clockwork. I gotta be to work at 8:00ish.
I split lanes all the way from the Mystic ave exit all the way onto storrow.
The breakdwon lane on the storrow connector exit 26 is mint you can rip down there.

Soon, my commute will go from 27 miles each way to 6. 20 minutes on a BAD day, as opposed to an hour and a half. I can't wait!
Be careful about riding that breakdown lane. Po-po hate that more than splitting lanes.
