sorry to hear about the accident..glad you are Ok. I know what you mean about stupid old people....were there any witnesses besides your friend. If you have witnesses that saw it, and if he abruptly applied the brakes (ie. screeched tires, or forward rock)and made the turn You have a good chance of fighting it. They Ins. people are starting to crack down..too many people purposely hitting their brakes quick to make extra cash lately. Plus ince he was in or caused an accident within the month, doesn't look good on his end. ya know!

Sorry to hear about that, I'm glad your doing better.

I tell peep all the time that old peeps are bikers worst nightmare.....they don't look. I respect old peeps but since I've been riding I'm always cussing them out.......
