I just say "you do it first", then they're like what and I just pull away. Unless it's a hot chick or somethin', then I'll do it up if there's no popo's around.
It's cool to get a rustang or 'maro to do a nice burnout first, then I feel like they earned a good wheelie or stoppie or somethin'. You mess around, be the ginnea pig, if no blue lights appear out of no where then I'll do somethin'. That's my rule anyways.

Hmmmm..... I find that the best time to do burnouts and wheelies are when the po-po are right there. Then again, I'm not the type to actually pull over for a pork chop...
