well as of today im gonna have a long break from riding . and might i say it makes me wanna cry . i went to the knee specialist 2day and he said its a stright ACL tear from the bone,no further damage other than that is the good thing. the other good thing is that he said he can get me back to 100% for riding and other extreme sports activities-bad news is im gonna have to be out for 6-7 months with no riding pretty much at all after surgery which is in 5 weeks due to pre surgery rehab so i can have 100% range of motion in my knee before i go into surgery. all i know is he said i will be able to do any trick i did before so i guess that makes me a lil' bit happier(no it doesnt)but i will be at as many shows and bike events as possible this year and next season i will be tearing **** up just as bad as before learning faster and riding harder. so until then you'll probably see me with a camera in my hand.

That sucks!!! Sorry for you man. Yes, stay within your limits and do not go out of control. Lesson learned with the hunk of crap in my garage.
