Good work man! It's nice to look good but you're getting healthier at the same time so it's totally worth it! I cancelled my gym membership after not going forever. I can actaully hear myself getting skinnier . My metabolism just won't slow down.

BTW - I'm 10 pounds lighter since April 3. Going to the gym regularly and not eating like crap really does work.

Yup, I know I need to head back to the gym. I have turned it a scrony, pissed off, jackass that wants to kill someone. Need to relax and get healthy and stop blacking out. Maybe I will head there tonight but I am so tired after my first softball game last night.
