Question To plug or not to plug???

So lets put the jury out on plugging a rear tire.

Some people say it will be fine and some say it's just stupid and I will die.

So what's the deal. Has anyone plugged a rear tire and had a failure that cause them to crash?

Help a brotha out!!

I rode with a plug last year. No problem but if you do not want to plug the tire then give it to me.

Unhappy Hey Guy?

Guy get the damn plug! You know how I ride and I had a plug put in the very next day I bought the tire! I hit a piece of glass or something and there is nothing worse than paying over $200 for a tire thats flat the same day! So I plugged it and thankgod it was inside the groove of the tread. I think it might make a difference if it was on the outter side of the tire tread. Gte the damn thing plugged guy and lets rip it up!
