Nh Speeding Ticket
on the way home i got a ticket on 101, i came over a hill going probably 125 -130 and as soon as i saw him i let off completely. But he got me goin 93 in a 65 and they dont have a set fine for anything more than 20 over so now i have to go to court in auburn nh on nov, 7. Do you think i can use the good driving record thing to get out of this? I havnt had a ticket in atleast 3 1/2 years. Or they should atleast reduce it right? anybody been through this in NH?

Not yet but I got busted rolling out a stoppie in NH. I gotta go to court on nov 16th. Ive been once and appealed it. I'm a step 9 on my insurance so maybe I'll use that too, good call. Good luck man!

fight it: not paying the fine. you have to send in the ticket as not guilty and then you go to court to physically plead not guity or guilty. it is at this time that you would wheel and deal with the prosecutor and bring up things like no speeding tix in nh, gearing, etc. suck some weiner and you should at least get it reduced

careful bringing up gearing, it basically admits you were/are riding a vehicle that is not mechanically sound. A buddy did this with his jeep, he had disconnected/broke the speedo and the judge threateded to hit him wiith a defective euipment ticket.
I agree with teach, go to court, bring up your record, be really polite and lay down some blame. A bee in the helmet, a car was hassling you etc....

I can speak for Brian, he has had more tickets than anyone I know personally and got out of all of them. Dont ask me how but he did. I was waitin for him to get in here. LOL

I've gotten pulled over approximately 75 times...we use to keep count...paid three tickets in 12 years of driving, 4 years of riding...best excuse yet, all I'm gonna say is "death certificate."
