Aloha Guy

Noticed a few peeps buying houses and proudly talking about it, so, I wanted to join the fun. I have appr. 6 months left in paying off the three acres of land my girl and I bought in Kona, Hawaii. We have been approved for the construction loan already and we are just going to do step by step. Land payed first then build. We plan to evacuate this god forsaken hell pit we all know as New England within a few years. Unless of course when we head there this Nov., I find something to get me by and rent a cheap apt. We already have made plans as to what we are building there as well. Here is the floor plan and the kit almost complete. It will be identical to the picture. When its all done I hope to have a couple of you peeps head over. The riding there is insane and alot of dirtbike trails that go for miles and miles!

Re: Aloha Guy

As far as restrictions none that I know of. My girl has lived there before. The land is about an hour away from the main town of Kona. We plan to move closer once we get more established. Im really excited!

Did you know that a home in Honolulu is actually CHEAPER than it is in Boston?

Re: Aloha Guy

Im looking at outsourcing from my house with Reebok Int. I have been talking with my Director about it. Also I started my own freelance co. So I have been working on clientle. I also have a connection with a guy who buys all the Pro Bowl apparel which I designed the caps for. He has like 11 stores out there. I am going to hook up with him about some stuff. So I will still be designing. If it is still headwear or logos for co's or what. I just want to work from home. I also just bought into an online shopping deal. Ya know, where a co. starts the business for you and advertises anything from tvs, electronics, home goods etc. Things I hope will move fast. I hate New England and the weather, traffic, uptight sobs, the loud polluted cities etc. I am ready but I still have a couple of years to endure.

Yeah Guy :YEAH
