Well, Ive been workin over 50 hours every other week (co-op...school

program) and ive been makin good money and saving it all.....But, im now

decideing on gettin a motorcycle or a truck.....i no trucks are alot more

money....but ill need a truck more then i need a bike....Even though i want a

bike allottt and ive wanted one since i was like 13....what to do what to

do....???

yep im buyin a bike....its way cheaper and ive already gotten my permit n signed up to get my license.....im lookkin for a decent 01 and up gixxer 600.....i might get brand new tho....i did say i was savin lol

I wouldn't get new, too much for insurance seeing as you'll jsut have gotten your license plus everyone drops their first bike may as well drop a used one...

How much do you have to spend on a bike and/or truck? Are you planning on financing? There was a badass truck at the gas station you used to work at for short money and you can get a nasty six hundo for close to the same. Leave your options open though. You don't HAVE to get a gsxr, there are other as good and better bikes you should consider as well. Bottom line is how much green do you hold in your hand this second.

i got bout 5 grand saved.....and still savin....i went to look today n saw a nasty 600rr i got my eyes on them to those r really nice, but i plan on spendin like 6 grand on a bike.....thats about the price of a decent 02-03 bike ive seen.....and wat kinda truck was it at the gas station?? i only work sundays there now for alil extra money

I'm not sure how long ago it was. It was a black dodge 4X4 extended cab. I was considering picking it up for only 4,500.
For 5,000 You can get yourself a mint 600RR all done up, that's the price I've seen them going for. I don't follow other bikes very close so I can't give you any advice on them.

I know of a minty Silver and Black F4i. Kid's asking $5200, I think it's an 02. Nice double seat, no banana crap and F4i's are mint. Oh yeah, it's a friggin HONDA! Gixxers are nice but over rated (grabs popcorn, waiting for **** to hit the fan on that comment). PM me if interested.

ok so im not 18....so i cant buy from a dealer till july...ya it blows and my parents wont help me buy one....all i need is a co sign thats it and thoey wont help me....do u havta b 18 to buy from a private seller or is it deffrent.....may seem like dumb ? but whatever man

You can buy from a dealer or private sale at any age. As long as your money is green. What you can't do is finance without credit.

When I was 14, I went into the local bicycle shop to buy a mountain bike, it was like $300, I brought cash and picked out a bike, they had to call my mother at work to get her okay, they mentioned that recently they sold a bike to a kid and his parents came back with him and made him return it, they mentioned that since he was under 18 they weren't supposed to sell it to him...So now I sell cars, went to go and sell a car to a kid that was either 16 or 17, I forget, the mgr said we couldn't sell it to him since it would be an invalid contract, minors can't sign contracts, so they had to put it under his parents name, this was a while ago, perhaps things have changed or perhaps he was mistaken..hmmm...
