Bought a house!! WOOHOO!!
Yep, Tara & I sealed the deal today. Should be ours on March 24th (closing date). We got plenty of room for a nasty 50 track out back (2 acres). Maybe the next C6 party will be in our own back yard!!

3 Bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 car garage, 1.88 acres, central air, in-ground pool, 3 season room, fireplace, full kitchen upstairs, 1/2 kitchen downstairs, and in an awesome neighborhood. Can't wait to get in there!!

Woohoo!!

Yes we are very excited about the house. The house is in Windham NH. Never thought we would be inving in NH.

Now I can't wait to move in.

Thanks everyone. We worked hard to get it... it wasn't cheap.

I still can't believe it will be ours on March 24th.... I'm not originally from New Hampshire but I hear Windham is one of the nicer towns in the state.... plus it's just over the Mass border about 3 miles off exit 3.

Hopefully it passes inspection on Tuesday and we can have the big *** pool parties every weekend!!! I don't think the neighborhood realizes what just happened. LMAO!!

You are living 5 miles from where I lived in Windham for a year. What a great find and I fully understand they great value you got. I looked in Windham for a long time and feel it is the best town to live in NH if you are going to be working in Mass. I almost purchased a home on Cobbetts Pond rd before I found the one in Bedford. Windham is a great town and the value of your home is only going to increase. Over the next few years they are going to make 93 a 3 lane highway on the NH side. So after that is completed your house is only going to increase more.

You land looks awesome. I just got back from doing a flight test and took a pic of your house from above. Sorry the color camera is not working yet so make due with the black and white. As for the topo that is some nice flat land. Should work out real well. More pics to follow once Bri and Tara move in and Tara in sunbathing.
