Just out of curiosity, what would the benefit of chroming be over just polishing the rims? I mean, wouldn't polishing them reduce weight as opposed the the added weight of chrome? Not trying to detract... just not sure what the answer is.

peeling sucks. I will say I had good luck w/ my K&W chrome. **** was bling blingin'. no bubbles, no dis-coloration. and they had that **** in stock. :YEAH

Yeah. classic comp does peel.....so i never went with them.these are 5 stage chrome, not 3 so i dont think they will be peeling anytime soon.plus 1 yr worksmanship.

the chrome's easier to keep up, and usually has more bling than polishing....the polished aluminum tends to oxidize kinda quick....I just polished the lips of my wheels...all i have to do is put it on the race stands and give the wheels a spin with the polish and they're good as new....if you want anything more, and i'd say just get some chromies
