Is it legal to not pay tax on a fiddy from OK.?
Eddie Hill's fun cycle down here told me it isn't legal and if it came back on me I would have to pay those taxes and a fine. So evidently, if you buy a bike from Oklahoma, you can't get the title for it, and it could end up in a fine if anyone finds out. How gay is that?

Well down here in Texas we all claim No Tax. Don't quote me on this, but from what I hear, you are Tax Exempt if you are going to use it for purposes on a farm or ranch as transportation, as long as the area is larger than 2 acres, if I remembered correctly.
I claimed Tax Exempt on mine and had to prove an address of where I'd be using it on the farm. My friend has a large area so we used his address.
Don't quote me on this though, this is just what I have heard and what I know about it so far.
