Alright, so what's up with CR?

Alright, so what's up with CR? So whatza goin' onna here?
When I go to chicagoriders.com I get some funky white/yellow/tan screen telling me that my account has been created, and some other bs stuff. There's a spot to login, but when I do I get a "No Such User" response. I'm assuming that this login is only accessible to the admins and such, but still figured I could talk about it. Plus, when I go to the other site they give--d566266.u33.infinology.net--I get another login name and password screen, but I can't get through there either.
Are we still under construction then?
