I bent my wookiee

I keep bending the shifter.
It bends back out with pliers, but its getting annoying.
With the aftermarket folding shifters does the whole thing bend in or just the shifter nubb?

Who makes a mean shifter ready for abuse?
Are all of the aftermarket shifters the same?

HammerHead Designs

It's $75 though, a bit pricey, but worth it if you keep bending shifters.

I'm going with the cheap *** folding shifter if anything. If you beef it up to much the weaker part is going to break, and the weaker part in this instance is going to be internals as well as threads on the connector rod. I bend my shifter all the time and it bends right back by hand. I'll stick with that untill it snaps.

I have a folding shifter on my xr100 and it worls great...then again I have only gone down on that side once or twice, but once was off a jump and the bike slid with me holding myself in the air for a good 10-15 feet(shifter side down).
