In Texas The Noise Ordinance Is Not Affective Until 10:00 P.m. Im Sure Its Similar In California. Couldnt Arrest Your Son Either, Just You. Do Your Homework On The Pertaining Laws In Your City, Then They Cant Tell You Whatever Bullsh#t Stories They Like To Tell.

depends on the noise level too, not sure what exhaust you have, but if its too loud, it can be considered noise polution. if it is loud, and you have your stock exhaust, throw that on there for backyard riding. i put stock back on mine so i can ride in my appts. they dont care as long as its not loud.

i'd keep doin it and when cops come to your door just dont open it they cant trespass on your property.. plus what kinda BS is that if youre in your own backyard. or if they do something call cops right away 2 if their kids are out in tehir backyard laughin 2 loud or runnin around and you can hear the grass being bent call the cops and say i cant take this their disturbing the peace.
or do what billy madison did.. take a paper bag, **** in it, light it on fire ring his doorbell and watch him step it out hahahahahhaaa

I'd double check that no tresspassing by cops thing.. I was in wisconson at my homies house, bbq'ing and stuff.. the neighbors yelled something at us complaining and ****.. next thing i know, a cop was in the back yard asking the owner of the house for his license to make sure he lived there and then told him to keep it down and ****.. my homie is a firefighter there. he told me that he couldnt do **** about the cop going on his property, its the law there.. def check your local laws..

[QUOTE=006LODBKNY] Actually, in Wisconsin they can come on your property to check things out or knock on your door but they can't come in without your permission or a Judges order. Back when I was under 21 my buddies had a house in the country and we would party all the time and on a couple of occassions the PO PO came a knocking, all they could do was knock and get pissed off as they watched us drink through the picture window in the front.
