So it was nice out on Saturday and I was out practicing some side saddle wheelies. I lost my balance and fell backwards over the side of the fiddy, and I guess I must have caught my calf on the peg on the way over. Funny thing was it didn't really feel too bad, I just thought I banged my calf real good so I got up and noticed blood dripping onto my shoe. Then I pulled up my pant leg and saw the nice gouge in my leg. "looks like emergency room time, " I said to my buddy who was with me, and I rode back home. My fiance took me to the hospital where I got four internal and eight external stitches. I'm real glad I don't have IMS or sharper pegs or I would proabbly be missing some muscle. It was just a gouge to the adipose tissue, nothing into the muscle. The doctor who stiched me up remarked that they have at least one dirtbike accident every weekend. Four hours, and one tetanus shot later, I was back home. Here are the pics to prove it. Sucks, I was supposed to go sleddin next weekend.
