that thing is from australia. it has independent cutting brakes, controlled by two big hand levers. the throttle is mounted to the brake levers.

the owner is super cool. his job is to build crazy **** for shows. like monster trucks and what not. he has a few tanks too. a 2wd dirtbike he built like 15 years ago.
