Bike Wreck

I heard this last night at two wheel tuesday that some guy on a yzf 600 ran into the back of a car on the seabreeze bridge with no helmet and he went sliding down the bridge. The guy that saw the accident told me that his head was split open and blood was all over the place. He lived so hopefully he will wear his helmet for now on.. Just thought i would share that with everyone..

Yes someone did wreck and his name was Mark, a good friend of mine, and also he will learn to wear his helmet, but how many people do you know that don't where the helmets every once in a while... I ask that everyone pray for him becuase he is not yet out of the woods.. and recovery is going to be long and hard, also make this a lesson to everyone to where there helmet even if they are just going a short distance, you never no what could happen... Also, everyone please be safe out there, this guy is a very good friend of mine, and I would hate for any of you to feel the way he and his family and friends are now... I guess that is about Be Safe you guys, you never know how precious everyday is until something like this happens

Sorry to hear that JEN!! Hope he pulls through!!

I see too many people riding around town without their helmets on but its on their bike... I always make a comment about it loud enough where they can hear me. I hate to see that crap!!

Hey guys just got back from the hospital and seeing Mark, he had Brain Surgrey all night tuesday night, but when he got to the hospital he was able to give his name and stuff.... they still have him sedated proably until monday or tuesday, which sucks but he looks better today then he did yesterday... it sucks to see a good friend that way... we all pray that after rehab and everything he will still be the same mark we all new, We all have alot of hope becuase he is very strong guy. Was talking to him tonight and he was squezing my hand like crazy even thou he is as heavily sedated as he his, he can hear and know's everything that is going on...

What happened was he had his Jacket on the back of the bike, somehow it got caught in the tire and from then he just started sliding he bailed off the bike and the bike slid about 300 feet in front of him... you all be very careful tonight and every night, especially on the bridge, just because the cops aren't there doesn't mean that an accident can't happen, it could happen to anyone, and yes if he would have wore his helmet he wouldn't be as bad as he is, but he still would be in that great of shape....

as for me, with all of this I have been moving back to Deland, and been at the hospital or at the Travelers Inn, Mark's god father ran the motel and we all have been there hanging out, waiting for Mark to get better....
