DTE2 crash clip question.
First off, the video is bad ***.. I am talkin about slappin ho's in threes.. hehehe.. Anyways.. There is a 12 wreck in there where the guy falls off and the bike goes forward and sideways and just SLAMS down on its right side.. That is my worst fear when practicing 12s because I ride a gixxer and we all know how their frames are about as strong as the bottom of a soda can. right? What kind of damage did that wreck do to the bike. I am thinking a crash cage would have caused some major frame damage on that wreck, most likely bent/busted engine mounts. So what was the story?

Busted clipon, frame slider got bent up, tank got whacked, and that was about it...
I just re-enacted that same crash last night while i was draggin, this time the damage was worse...
Bent clipon, busted footpeg, frameslider busted the motor case, now i got some oil leakin...
**** sux, but the chrome bad larry is commin out for the weekend!!!
hell yea, pimpin like i'm from ny or sometin...
it's either the bike or yourself...i'll sacrifice the bike...and step off...

take the advice. ditch the bike. watch the red bike fall to the left and crash in a 12. damage to bike=none, damage to foot=6broken bones and an 'effed up foot for life....first day trying them though, i just learned how to do them recently, so i feel good about it...!
go for it, you can always buy a new one,

One little funny thing to add, I just reread Johnnys artical about crashing in asphalt the day before i went down on the highway. I got off the bike but the gardrail still pucked me up. LOL

Start learning them standing up first, that way you can rid the bike if it gets out of control, once you learn the control of the bike side to side standing up, go for the sitdowns...that should help!

Thanks for the advice. I have only had to bail on one sofar. I have been doing sitdowns and the side to side wobblies are killing me. The one I bailed on was a sitdown 12 to ghost booty skitch. hehe. A friend has it on video, maybe I can track him down and get the footage on here sometime. I will go for some standups tonight. I just have issues clutching standups for some reason.
