Rims - I found how this guy got those rims to fit

How about this....
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ford Mustang Cobra R style one-piece cast aluminum wheels, triple-chrome plated.

Wheel size : 18x9"
Wheel weight : 27 Lbs
Load rating : 1400 Lbs
Hub bore size : 2.785"

available lug-patterns :
5x4.50" (5x114.3mm), 5x4.25" (5x108mm), 4x4.25" (4x108mm)

This wheel size and finish is offered in the following offsets / backspacing :
+24mm offset (5.95" backspacing) - fits Mustang 1994-2003 with 5x4.50" (5x114.3mm) lug-pattern.

It also fits Mustang 1979-1993 that have been converted to 5-lug.

Also fits 4-lug Mustang 1979-1993 (4x4.25" - 4x108mm lug-pattern).

An optional offset of +36mm (6.42" backspacing) is available on a 5x4.25" bolt pattern (same as 5x108mm) to fit 1989-1997 T-Bird the Lincoln VIII (front and rear).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You think the optional size will work?

Lata,
Bri

Yeah. Won't this work?

available lug-patterns :
5x4.50" (5x114.3mm)

Isn't that close enough? I bet the allowance will make it work? No?

5x114.3 is the same as 5x115. They just round the 114.3 to 115. That is millimeters so I doubt .7 mm is worth worrying about.

I thought you were saying that the 36mm offset was only available with 5x108. I wouldn't mess with the offset if I were you. But that is just my opinion.

it might work im not sure i know someone who put chevy rims on a ford and the fit on but it was tight but it ruined his lugs and he had to have a shop remove them when you call to order the rims and talk to someone they will tell you if it wil fit or not
