Damn, it's so nice out, woke up, put on the shorts and running shoes and headed for a jog on the beach!

**** was beautiful, women, waves, sand, sun....dayum, i'm gonna do this every damn day!

I'll have to get some pics this week to post on here of the beach/palm trees, bridges, etc...this place is absolutely beautiful!

I wish you all could be here to enjoy it with me!!!

That's like a couple miles...dayum...i'm proud...and the girls today were all 10's too...god I love this place...I love this exercise thing...who says it can't be fun...
