Ape Hanger??

When you guys are pullin Ape Hangers how are you keeping them sliding? Do you pull in the clutch and let them slide, give'em gas to keep them pullin? My boy's doing it by dropping it super slow and giving it gas to keep it going but it seems kinda choppy.

Not that I can do one - but I know it makes a difference if your bike is fuel injected. If it's not FI, the carbs at least need to be rotated or the bike will not run properly while upright.

I let the clutch out as soon as the bar starts scrapin'. then just let my legs limp and the bike drags me...Fuel injection makes it niiiiiice!!!! Check out my ape hanger clip at Motopsychoz.com

Sweet clips, meng.
I like that you guys offer them in dial-up and BroadBand formats.
Even though I'm on broadband, my PC can't handle the better qaulity.

i go a little fast then pull my clutch in , it suck' s but my bike won't really run at 12. it work's a 100ntimes better with fuel injection because when you pull the clutch in the bar tries to go faster than the tire . like if you lock up your back brakes , same concept.it is alot more work pulling the clutch in but o well .

Thanks guys. The bike's a 97 900 RR and unlike everyone I hear on the board his **** will keeping running at 12 as long as the tanks full? I guess he's just lucky. Nice clip Mellen that FI does look a lot smoother than carbs!
