Just yesterday, I came home from school to find my room stripped of my bike and stunt pics, my DTE t-shirt and video gone, then my father ripped my DTE hoodie off of me, deleted all of the stunting multimedia on the computer. I had over a gigabyte of bike stuff, and a GB of music, gone!!!! He said that I had way to much stuff on the computer, and it was slowing it down. He don't know much as you can see, and I had 2 GB filled of my stuff, on a 40 BG hard drive, that isn't much, and I had 30 GB free!!!!!!!If I wasn't a sane person, I would of killed them!!!!!!!! OOOOOHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! Fortunatly they don't know about the forums, but I'll still be browsing them at school. You see I went up to Wal-Mart and started tricking there on the outskirts of the parking lot, and my father's friend works there and she told my father, and my father screwed me over. I don't even have a pedal bike to ride anymore!!! He says that the stuff that I do and the stuff that was in the DTE video is stupid, but they don't understand what a thrill it is. Yes, it is very, very, dangerous, but that's what makes it fun. errrrrrrr, only 158 days until July 9, I turn 18, and cya mom and dad!!! Sorry for the long post, I just really needed to vent. Thanks all for post'n, if I ever get out of that shithole, I will definatly be gettin a bike, and away from my parents.

Kid, you to need to grow up emotionally, not just physically. You should thank your lucky stars that someone is out working and bustin their *** everyday so that you EVEN HAVE a room, computer, or a DTE hoodie to complain about. They're probably pissed off b/c your spending too much time here and getting shitty grades. You need to spend more time on your homework and being thankful for what you have and less time bitching about your folks. They are just looking out for your long term best interests. So, stop acting like a snotty spoiled brat, and get get back to doing your homework.

hey man, i understand what you're saying. I do love them still, I am just really upset about the hole thing. Hell, I can't even watch The Simpsons! You have no idea the **** I go through each day with them. I am greatfull that I have a house to live in, and 2 bro's and a loving mom and pop, I know there are a lot of people out there who don't have that. Don't get me wrong about that.

OK glad to hear that. Didn't mean to come down so hard on yah. Hey, you'll be out of school and working soon, and can buy that bike you want. Hell you can even buy mine when I upgrade. Just take it slow and realize that some day you may have kids too, and realize that things ain't easy for parents either. Well, having said that, hit the books, show them what you can do and maybe they'll come around too. Good luck.

i gotta agree with yah here especially bout the part of one day havin kids...........i love all this **** with stuntin....but honestly its gonna be a tough decision for me the day i have a son or daughter that wants to get a bike just cause i know how dangerous it is and how it only takes one tiny bit of inexperience involved in a decision on a bike that will get u killed.........i dunno hopefully when that time comes there will still be such a tight knit communty that they will listen to cause we all know its easier to hear this stuff from ur friends and head there warnins then it is to head ur parents warnins **** im 27 and i still have trouble with this! but um bill (i think thats ur real name) just remember this i went to school graduated and went on to a really good 4 yr college and got my ba in criminal justice but all i can say now is "if i had only buckled down a little harder i would have the money now from a better job to be able to travel to more shows and have more bikes and a place to work on them in my own garage............ that is somethin u dont wanna look back and say trust me!!!!!!!!!!! u have the rest of ur life to goof off (and no matter what they say u can be a kid when ur 40 if u have the minfset and the money!) for now hit the books bang out the grades thats y ur parents tell u school is ur job cause hardwork at school now will translate into more money later.............oh and if ur parents ever tell u that this site is a bad influence show them this thread so they realize hey the people on this site really do give a crap about more than whether or not u know how to do a wheelie and an endo they actually give a crap about each other!!!

thanks guys and gals for the input. Yes, I did pay for that stuff, which makes me furious. Honestly though, I don't intend to have kids, just because I can't stand them. But I'm saying that now, and I will probably have them reguardless. If I did have kids, as long as they weren't robb'n stores and **** like that, I would let them do whatever. I should hit the books and bring my grades up though, I don't want to be a ditchdigger for the rest of my life.
